meditation

I have taught meditation for many years. I really like to share with students that the goal is not to stop thinking or even empty the mind. This takes a while to get the hang of and can feel very overwhelming. The style I teach focuses more on getting the mind to rest the awareness in the present moment. My meditations are more like journeys that bring you into your body. This is how we begin to learn how to practice presence and live in the moment.

Spaciousness

This 20-minute meditation is a guided journey inward to cultivate a connection with the earth, the radiance of the universe, and a deep dive into the space that resides within each of us so we may find a soft place to land and rest.

On expectation

This quiet 13-minute meditation is a journey inward to be present in your body with your breath, to let go of any expectations or holding in your body and practice presence with your breath. Great for a time when you can rest afterwards and stay quiet for a while so you can bask in your own radiance.

For vitality

This quiet guided meditation leads the listener through a visualization that helps them connect to their present state and their unwavering connection to the earth and the world around them. Deeply relaxing and centering, this is great for any time of day, anywhere, and can be practiced seated or laying down.
