* once we identify where we are moving from “I should,” we can begin to learn to where we are overriding our own desire
* sometimes overriding our feelings serves us with our goals and other times it is hurtful not listen to ourselves, we want to be able to learn how to practice discernment here and do what serves our highest selves

1-1 WORK
In our 1-1 Coaching we will meet weekly for 12 weeks. In this time we will identify your three goals for our time together and then excavate and execute an action plan for you to transmute and transform to get exactly what you need. I work with a varied series of modalities: Life Coaching, NLP, EFT, and Energy Work.
Cost: 12 weeks for $1200 USD, monthly payment plans are available. All 12 sessions MUST be booked within 4 months of initial session.
